I didn't always love people & I certainly didn't always love my life. I spent most of my young adult life at war with myself, filled with anxiety about my future, and utterly incapable at making any girlfriends. I had 4 friends murdered at Virginia Tech, I was cheated on by 7 boyfriends in my life, and became addicted to Adderall  all before the age of 23.

But through nothing short of a miracle, God spoke to me in a bar in NYC on my 23rd birthday. He told me, "This is not your life." and I immediately knew it was Truth. I all but ran out of that bar to go and find what "life" really was. And I didn't have to go far. I jumped in a cab and the driver and his wife shared the Gospel with me. That night, I gave my whole life to Jesus & I have not once looked back.
